A father who pursued a burglar in his underwear has spoken of the lasting effect that the break-in has had on his family.
26-year-old Robert Llewellyn was last week jailed for two and a half years at Truro Crown Court after entering the home of Nigel Laity, wife Lisa and their family on Trevingey Road, Redruth, as they slept on April 13.
Llewellyn had walked into Penzance Police Station in February to confess to a break in at a fish and chip shop on Killigrew Street in Falmouth.
