A GUEST who fell asleep at a party, woke up, punched his partner in the face and attacked another man with a bottle has been given six months to prove he is serious about changing his life or face prison.
At Truro Crown Court on Friday, Lee Bremridge, for the Crown Prosecution Service, said on August 29 last year Alan Hayward, 47, had been at a party in Falmouth with friends and his girlfriend Talya Omar.
