A CASE in which a St Erth man is charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a cat by firing an air rifle has been adjourned again by Truro magistrates pending the completion of a gun expert's report wanted by the defence.Andrew James Perkin, aged 41, of Boscarnek, St Erth, is charged with shooting at a cat and recklessly firing an airgun at a place likely to hit the cat, at St Erth on September 3.The case was adjourned until June 4.
