A PENZANCE man will stand trial at Crown court on three charges after entering no pleas when he appeared before Truro magistrates.John Stephen McNally, aged 32, of Penare Road, faces charges of affray, causing criminal damage to Penwith Housing Association property and assaulting Andrew Etchells by beating him, all alleged to have taken place at Penzance on March 3.The case was sent to Truro Crown Court for a hearing on June 28 and bail was granted with conditions.
