James Daley set to stand trial accused of raping girl near Truro
A MAN is set to go on trial accused of raping a girl near Truro.
At Truro Crown Court on Friday, James Daley, aged 51, of Parys Road, Luton, pleaded not guilty to a rape charge and two sexual assault charges against the girl, aged under 16, who cannot be named for legal reasons, on August 31, last year.
He also denied assaulting her by penetration and sexually assaulting her on the same date.
Daley was granted conditional bail to appear before the court for trial on November 24.
