A CANNABIS growing pensioner who restarted cultivating the drug on numerous occasions despite repeated raids by the police has been jailed for five years.
Brain Rossitter, also spelt Roissetter in court papers, was found with three separate growing operations of the Class B illegal drug at his home between May 2013 and July 2014 worth approximately £74,600, Truro Crown Court heard on Friday.
