POLICE are appealing for information after a teenager was allegedly assaulted during the City of Lights festival.The 15-year-old boy is believed to have been punched in the face twice by another youngster outside Central Grill on Calenick Street at about 7.30pm on Wednesday last week.Inspector Mark Richards, from Truro police, said: "The schoolboy was involved in an altercation with another lad about a young lady.
