The day-long hunt for an armed man has come to an end after police made an arrest.
A 60-year-old was detained after being located on land in Widegates, near Looe at about 9.30pm yesterday.
He was arrested on suspicion of firearms offences and police confirmed that two firearms were seized nearby.
