A ZELAH couple have been accused of income support and housing benefit fraud.
At Truro Magistrates' Court on Thursday, Russell Williams, 55, and Nicola Ryan, 43, both of Chapel Crescent, indicated not guilty pleas to the charges.
Williams is accused of dishonestly failing to disclose to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) between September 2008 and October 2012 that he was maintaining a common household with Ryan.
