THREE people from Plymouth have appeared in court accused of kidnapping a boy in Saltash.
Trudie Morgan, 17, of Pottery Road, Devonport, Matthew Davies, 28, and Annalee Clarke, 19, both of Duke Street, pleaded not guilty to having kidnapped the 15-year-old boy on May 25, last year.
The three also face a charge of assaulting by beating the boy on the same day.
Davies pleaded not guilty to stealing the boy's phone and Morgan denied dishonestly receiving the phone between May 25 and 27.
