A 27-YEAR-OLD man has been found not guilty of sexually assaulting a woman twice his age at Looe.
Simon Chadwick, of George Place, Plymouth, went on trial at Truro Crown Court on Monday, accused of assaulting the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, after a dinner party at her home on February 10.
The court previously heard that Chadwick, his girlfriend and the woman's daughter had eaten at her house, that she had been drinking and had to be carried up to bed.
