CHARLOTTE ALICE ROSE BENSON, 22, of Dolcoath Road, Camborne, pleaded not guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court to driving a vehicle dangerously at Highertown, Truro, on October 23.Steven Brian Dennis Benson, 28, of African Row, Barripper, entered no plea to charges of assaulting Edward Hay in his car at Truro on October 23 and stealing keys from him on the same date.Both cases were sent to Truro Crown Court on January 31.
