NEWQUAY residents are being sought to help with a police initiative to get every street at the resort signed up to Neighbourhood Watch (NHW).The town has been hit by a spate of burglaries since Christmas with at least 26 homes being targeted by intruders, mainly in the Pentire and Mount Wise areas.Currently only 56 of Newquay's 300 streets are covered by NHW – just 18 per cent.
