A GROUP of starving and emaciated ponies found on the edge of Bodmin Moor are being cared for by South West Equine Protection.The five ponies, three of them believed to be pregnant, were legally seized under the Animal Welfare Act from Davidstow Airfield.All female and varying in age from a yearling to approximately five years old, Diane Wilson, welfare officer for South West Equine Protection at Tavistock, thinks they were taken to Davidstow from somewhere else, possibly another part of Bodmin...
