A HELSTON man denied raping and defrauding a woman when he appeared at Truro Crown Court on Friday.Brian Marshall, 59, of Godolphin Road, is set to stand trial accused of a fraud of £26,470 from a woman between 2008 and 2012, a second case of fraud, three of rape and four of other sexual offences.He pleaded not guilty to all nine counts on Friday and the case was adjourned.
