BENJAMIN DEREK HOLMAN, aged 21, of Mellanvrane Lane, Newquay, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on April 2 to a charge of assaulting James Heacock at Newquay on November 17 and causing Jade Antonia Pardoe to fear that violence would be used against her at Newquay on March 19.
