A HEROIN addict who stole goods worth £20,000 over four months from shops in Falmouth has been given a chance to prove he can stay away from drugs. Karl Flanagan committed 50 separate shoplifting offences between April and August this year taking clothes, cosmetics and alcohol from local stores, Truro Crown Court heard.
