POLICE are appealing for information after thieves stole a charity tin from a St Austell shop on New Year's Eve.Officers say that between 5pm and 6pm they were alerted to a break-in at Cooklands in Aylmer Square. Games console and camera equipment stolen during Falmouth...
POLICE are appealing for information in relation to a burglary at a property in Harbour Terrace in Falmouth on Saturday, when a photographic and games console equipment was stolen.
A number of items were taken from the property between 9:30am and 10:30pm, including a black Nintendo Wii U Pad, a Nikon Sigma 105 ML Macro lens F.28, a Nikon Nikkor Lens 50 ML F1.4, and a Treasure Chest collector's item from the Nintendo game, The Legend of Zelda, A Link Between Worlds.

Crackington Haven man appears in court accused of attempting to...
A CRACKINGTON Haven man has appeared at Truro Crown Court today accused of attempting to murder his wife.
Clint Frances Eastwood Warne, 41, of Church Park, is charged with attempting to murder Kerry Warne at Crackington Haven on Saturday December 7.
Warne, who entered no pleas at the hearing, was remanded in custody and is due to appear before the court again on March 28.

POLICE have recovered a six-inch kitchen knife believed to have been used to slash the tyres of 18 vehicles in Illogan and Barncoose.Investigators are appealing for witnesses who may have seen suspicious activity late on Friday night or in the early hours of Saturday around Illogan.A caravan and shed were also broken into on the same evening. Police believe one person is responsible for all of the incidents.
