A cerebral palsy sufferer from Cornwall who threatened a neighbour with a knife has also attacked a member of staff at Exeter Cathedral.
Mark Bartlett bit the official on the finger as he was trying to usher him out of the cathedral in an incident last year, a court was told. He went on to threaten a fellow resident with a large kitchen knife during a confrontation at a boarding house.
