A 31-year-old man from Cornwall has appeared in court accused of murdering his 18-month-old adoptive daughter.
At Cardiff Crown Court today (February 24), Matthew Scully-Hicks denied killing Elsie Scully-Hicks on May 29 last year.
Scully-Hicks, whose address was given in court papers as Pengelly, Delabole, first appeared at the court before the Recorder of Cardiff, Judge Eleri Rees, on December 23 for a bail hearing.
