A student from Truro and Penwith College has had a distinctive piece of artwork she created for her HNC Art final project stolen.Chelsea Bowman, 19, had drawn and painted a characterful face on an old fishing buoy.She left it to dry outside her house in Perranuthnoe but when she next went to look for it, it had been stolen.The college is now appealing on behalf of the student for the artwork to be returned to the house where it was found, or to the Penwith College immediately.Anyone with any...
