HELSTON police are seeking witnesses to an incident that occurred during the early hours of the morning outside the area of the post office in Coinagehall Street.The public disorder occurred between 3am and 3.30am on March 8. Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101 quoting CR/016080/15.
