Police are appealing for information about a St Austell man who has failed to comply with licence conditions following his release from prison.Mark Thornton, 28, who was originally charged with robbery, left his address in St Austell in February and has not been seen by police since. Officers would like information on his location so he can be arrested and sent back to prison.
