Devon & Cornwall Police have charged a male with threatening behaviour after he allegedly threatened police officers with a baseball bat in Hayle last night.
Officers were initially called to reports of a disturbance in Harveys Way, Hayle, at 4.50am.
A 40-year-old male from St Ives will appear before Truro Magistrates on March 9.
