A CAMBORNE pensioner has denied assaulting a woman and causing her actual bodily harm.At Truro Crown Court, Brian Rossitter, aged 70, of Blackrock, denied assaulted Catherine Stapleton on December 17. He was granted conditional bail to appear before the court for a plea and case management hearing on April 10.
