A CORNISH bard accused of sexually assaulting five young girls had previously been cautioned by police for accessing child pornography on the internet, a court has heard.
Leslie Merton, who went on trial at Truro Crown Court on Monday, told the jury he had entered his credit card details into a site called Children of God while researching Rasputin for a writing project.
