POLICE are appealing for information about a car crash which left two elderly people from Helston in hospital with serious injuries.The incident involved a silver Ford B-Max, a silver Peugeot 306 and a white Leyland DAF lorry, on the B3297, Buller Hill at Redruth, at 5.30pm on Friday.The two elderly occupants of the Ford B-Max were taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro where the 80-year-old driver was treated for serious chest injuries.
