MICHAEL John Simpson, 30, of Mount Ambrose, Redruth, pleaded not guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court to assaulting Tracey Mitchell at Penzance on November 8 and to causing damage to her property.The case was adjourned to Truro Magistrates' Court on January 19.
