FOUR people from Cornwall have been arrested in connection with a murder in Cambridgeshire.The arrests were made in Looe and Redruth and are linked with the murder of Jess Smith on New Year's Day.Mr Smith, 36, of Potton, Bedfordshire, died following an incident in Burwell, in the early hours of New Year's Day.
