Four men from Redruth accused of assault and affray

FOUR men from Redruth have appeared in court accused of assaulting a man and of affray. At Truro Crown Court on Friday, Craig Richards, 26, pleaded not guilty to counts of causing Jamie Caswell grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent to do him GBH on June 29. He also denied inflicting GBH on Mr Caswell on the same date.
