POLICE have charged a man in connection with an acid attack in Truro.David Phillips, 48, from Hastings is due to appear before Truro magistrates on Monday.He has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm following the incident on Tuesday.Andreas Christopheros, 29, was injured in the attack in Carrine Road.He remains in a critical but stable condition.Police have not confirmed whether a second man being questioned over the incident is still in custody.
