A Penryn pensioner has pleaded guilty to racially abusing a seven-year-old child and his mother during a day out in Falmouth.The incident took place on the Prince of Wales Pier, when William James Henry Miller, 77, of Saracen Way, Penryn, directed the abuse towards Laura Cocks, her African partner and their son.Truro Magistrates Court was told the abuse included telling the child: "I am white right the way through."Miller pleaded guilty to using threatening abusive or insulting words...
