AN UNEMPLOYED father and son could have caused a horrendous accident when they towed an uninsured and engineless Range Rover with a "knackered" 45-year-old Land Rover from Praa Sands to Pool.
The Land Rover clipped a hedge near Helston causing the vehicle to jackknife and roll on to its side, and the driver, 64-year-old Granville Hempshall, became trapped under it, Truro Crown Court heard last Wednesday, November 19.
