POLICE are appealing for information after staff at Penwerris Store and Post Office were tricked into giving a man money.The fraudster went into the store on September 17 and asked for a large quantity of money to be changed into different notes.PC Mark Eyres said: "He then asked staff to change the different currency and finally changed his mind a third time and asked for the original notes to be given back."In the confusion he has walked out with an extra £400."Officers...
