A FALMOUTH man has denied breaking into a house and stealing a bank card and PIN number.
At Truro Crown Court on Friday, Roy Hawken, 57, of Old Hill Flats, pleaded not guilty to counts of burglary on May 27 and fraud by making a false representation that he was authorised to use a bank card at an ATM on the same date.
Hawken was granted conditional bail to appear before the court on December 19.
