FRONT desks at police stations across the county are to close as Devon and Cornwall Police bids to save thousands of pounds.Police and crime commissioner (PCC) Tony Hogg is pushing through plans to close 12 of 21 public offices in Devon and Cornwall.In Cornwall, doors will be shut at Falmouth, Penzance, Launceston, Bude and Liskeard while Newquay will only be open in the summer.Only Truro, Bodmin, St Austell and Camborne will keep a public access point.A force spokesman said the decision...
