A CHINESE fraudster who was found to be working illegally under a false name at a takeaway after an anonymous tip-off has been jailed and will be sent home.
Yi Bin Chen arrived in the UK at London's Heathrow airport in 2006, Truro Crown Court heard.
Elaine Hobson, for the prosecution, said Chen was what was know as "an undocumented arrival".
"By the time he had arrived in this country he had disposed of his travel documents," she said. "He made an application to remain in the UK."
