A MAN who damaged windows and other property in Helston cut himself badly enough to need hospital treatment.At Truro Magistrates' Court Thomas-dale Graeme Steele, 30, of Church Street, Helston, pleaded guilty to two offences of criminal damage at Merchants' Bar and Mother's Bakery.The court heard he had been exhibiting psychotic symptoms and was currently awaiting further mental health assessment.Steele was given a conditional discharge for 24 months and told to pay £100 compensation and...
