THE BODY of Alan Jeal has been released to his family to allow funeral arrangements to be made.The 64-year-old's naked body was found on Perranporth beach in February.He was found with a sock and headphones stuffed into his mouth and he had also suffered multiple unexplained injuries.Earlier this week police investigating the death of the Wadebridge man announced they were winding down their inquiries.A spokesman for the force said today: "A file is being prepared for the coroner."Alan...
