A 25-year-old motorcyclist from Truro has died following a collision with a car in St Mawes yesterday afternoon.
The incident took place on Tredenham Road at 5.55pm, and involved a Yamaha motorcycle and a Volvo XC90 car.
The motorcycle rider, a 25-year-old man from the Truro area, sustained a serious head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Formal identification has not yet taken place although next of kin have been informed.
