POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was seen touching himself inappropriately near a Truro school.The man was spotted in a popular walking area between St Clement and Tresillian near Pencalenick School.He is believed to have had his trousers undone and police said he was reportedly "fiddling with his genital area".The man, believed to be in his fifties, was wearing dark trousers, a light T-shirt and carrying a black shoulder bag.Police would like to speak to anyone who saw...
