IN JUNE, Mark Abbott-Compton pleaded guilty to acting as a director of MacDonald Macphee Developments Limited (MMD) in contravention of a disqualification undertaking between March, 29, 2005 and July 30, 2008.
He also admitted fraudulent trading from 2002 to 2008.
