A TAXI driver who failed on five occasions to turn up for unpaid work ordered by a court for offences of fraud told Truro magistrates he had "gone off the rails" because of a domestic situation.James Bolitho, 29, of Polisken Farm, Trispen, pleaded guilty to five breaches of an order made on April 2 for him to do 180 hours of unpaid work.The magistrates ordered him to do an additional 20 hours of work as punishment.
