TRURO magistrates have made a bindover order against Victor Gavorskis, aged 46, of Johns Park, Redruth, after the prosecution offered no evidence on a charge of using threatening behaviour on May 16.Alison May, for the prosecution, said police had been called to Johns Park after an alleged disturbance between neighbours.Mr Gavorskis was ordered to keep the peace in the sum of £150 for 12 months, especially towards his neighbours.The original charge was withdrawn.
