AARON COLLIN JOHN MALLEN, 24, of Grenville Road, Falmouth, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates Court to assaulting Adam Draper, at Falmouth, on April 19 and was conditionally discharged for a year and told to pay £30 compensation.
