CORNWALL Council will prosecute farmers who breach regulations designed to prevent the spread of disease, an animal heath inspector has warned.
Speaking after the sentencing of brothers Paul and James Collins, Jonathan McCulloch, from the council's animal health and welfare section, said such cases were rare but would be treated seriously.
