AN initiative aimed at reducing crime and reoffending is today launching at Heartlands.The Safer Stronger Consortium is a partnership of 31 different organisations who have come together to help disadvantaged people, reduce reoffending and keep communities safer.The opening event will take place between 10am and 2pm and feature a performance from circus troupe Circo Kernow.
