A REDRUTH man has denied murdering a former driving instructor whose body was found at a disused Cornish mine.
At Truro Crown Court this morning, Kevin Cooper, aged 33, entered a not guilty plea to having murdered 72-year-old David Alderson, whose body was found at the disused Wheal Maid copper mine at Carharrack, on January 18 this year.
Cooper, of Poldory View, Carharrack, is accused of killing him between January 16 and 19.
