A HELSTON man has spoken of the moment his neighbour confronted him with a Samurai sword over a dispute about noise.
Robert Sellars said Michael Glanville came at him with the two-foot ceremonial blade in broad daylight on April 14.
At Truro Crown Court on Friday Glanville pleaded guilty to affray by using or threatening unlawful violence but denied having an offensive weapon in a public place. This plea was accepted by the prosecution.
