A DRIVER found by police in a parked vehicle failed a breath test, magistrates were told.Callum Perry, aged 25, of Passmore Close, Blackwater, pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court to being in charge of a car with excess alcohol in his breath.He tested at 72mcg alcohol in breath, more than twice the legal limit, at Morwenna Gardens, Perranporth, on November 25.
